Terms & Conditions

After you place your order it will then be sent to our warehouse for processing.

Your order will be picked, packed and shipped to a delivery address you choose during the ordering process.

Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, the order will be shipped with DHL.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

You can track your order online throughout the DHL app and find out when your order will arrive.

We ask you allow 2-3 working days for the courier to deliver your order.

Should your order not arrive, become lost or misplaced your first contact should be with the courier company who will put you in touch with your local courier depot - these details can be found in your tracking app.

Please note: Should you contact the courier and re-schedule delivery or edit/amend your shipping address, in doing so, you will be assuming full responsibility/liability of your delivery.

We quality check all goods prior to packing to ensure our customers receive all goods as described.

 

The Pro Gel can only accept returns under the following conditions,

 

·       Damaged goods (either during the delivery process or before delivery)

 

·       Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)

 

·       Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrect please contact us to inform us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

 

Due to the nature of the products we supply once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel if you change your mind or have ordered incorrectly.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods in the state they received them - no worse condition, once we receive the return goods the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). 

 

You can then choose to either have a replacement item shipped or a refund.

 

For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.
